Installing and logging in to the East of England ambulance service NHS Trust app

Uninstall any version of the EEAST app you have on your device

Anyone who has been involved in user testing the app should uninstall it on their device before accessing the live version. This is important as the test version will disrupt the live version.

Download the app onto your device

The next step is to get the app on your device. You will need to be on stable Wifi to download the app. The app includes videos so may take a while to download if you are on a slow connection

Set your password

To set your password, go to www.eeasapp.co.uk/login and enter your email address into the Set Password box at the bottom of the page, then press Submit. You will be sent an email with a link to set your password. This email may go into your spam folder, so make sure you check there as well.

Please note that if the entering your email into the box comes up with an error message, most likely an account for you has not been set up yet. Please contact us at shanon.rademacher@class.co.uk or phone us at 01278 427 800 to help set up your account. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9–5.

Click on the set password link in the email.

Set your password via the link

After clicking on the set password link, you will be taken to a URL which invites you to set your password. This URL is unique to you.

Please enter your own private password and press submit. Your account to log in to the app will then be created. You will log in with your email address and the password.

Log in

Once you have the app on your device, login using your email address and the password you have created.

Security verification email

For security reasons, the first time you login to the app, you will be sent a six digit code to verify your identity. This will be sent to you by email, please check your spam for this code.

Yes, you can download it on multiple Apple and Android devices, according to Apple and Google restrictions.

Q. Is the app available offline?

Yes. You can use the app whether you have a data connection or not. However, you must be online to download the app, login, receive clinical notices and updates to the EEAST and JRCALC guidelines. The app is designed to work offline but requires the user to be online regularly.
